| Tropical Breaks Limited acts as an operator for all the
tours listed in the website and all the terms and conditions of booking
a tour are listed below.
Tour Price
Rate includes all transport as per itinerary, driver's allowance, hotel
accommodation & meal plan as specified in each itinerary, park entrance
fees whilst on safari, government hotel taxes, hotel service charges, launch
trips and walking safaris as specified in the respective itinerary.
Not included are any departure taxes, visas, gratuities, beverages, laundry
and personal expenses.
Reservations and Payments
A 25% deposit is required upon confirmation of your booking and balance
to be paid 45 days prior to the commencement of the tour. If the
reservation is made within 45 days of departure, the full amount must be
paid at the time of confirmation. All the tour prices are quoted
in US$ Dollars. Payments remitted through banks must be Nett amount
credited to our account and your bank shall pay all the charges.
Payments made by credit cards will be surcharged at 5%, being bank commission.
Cancellation
Should you cancel your tour, you must notify us in writing. The following
cancellation charges will apply:
45 days prior to travel date
- 25% 45 – 30 days prior to travel date - 35%
30 – 14 days prior to travel date - 50%
14 – 7 days prior to travel date - 75%
7 – 0 days prior to travel date - 100%
Amendments
Should you make any changes in the confirmed arrangements, an amendment
fee of US$ 25 per person will be charged. The operator reserves the
right to alter routes, prices & itineraries for any reason it considers
desirable and will inform you at the earliest possible opportunity.
No compensation will be paid for minor changes.
Liability
All travel arrangements, flight reservations, hotel accommodations,
transport etc made by the operator are subject to the booking conditions
and cancellation provisions of the suppliers of the said services.
Please note that The operator's responsibilities and obligations apply
only in respect of those services, which they agree to arrange or provide
on your behalf. The operator accept no liability in respect of death,
injury, sickness, theft, loss or damage to property/baggage, delays and
circumstances arising from Force Majeure which the operator could not have
foreseen or avoided even with all due care. All claims are subject
to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the cause of
the action arises. No liability can be accepted by We the operator for
flight delays in & out of the country and should an incident arise
from such action, the operator will surcharge the appropriate cancellation
charges. It is recommended that you take out adequate insurance
against the above risks before arriving for your holiday. WE The operator
reserve the right to decline or retain any person as a member of any tours
at any time, in which event an equitable amount will be refunded.
Special Requests
Any special requests (e. g. for single room or particular diet) must
be notified in writing when the booking is made. Whilst the operator
will endeavour to meet such requests they cannot be guaranteed and any
failure to comply will not be a breach of contract. The operator reserves
the right to change the prices without any notice and the prices are quoted
in US$. |
